How we calculate your space
We allow 12 sq ft per banquet guest, 8 for theatre seating, or 6 for a standing reception. Dancing adds 4 sq ft for half the guests; the buffet adds 100 sq ft. Stage space and a 10% allowance are added to the total. Tent recommendations are alternatives, not a combined order. Final layout and availability are confirmed for your event dates.
